I bought the Vaile WP sweater for my husband's birthday. I measured his upper body carefully and he was 1cm 'smaller' than the size M on the size charts. His other tops are all size M, so we felt confident to order the M. However, on arrival he tried it on and it was very, very snug. Unfortunately we had to return it and I had to order one size up.
Other than that, I am very pleased with the service. The jumper looks beautiful and the quality feels superb. Based on our experience I would recommend going a size up if you want to use this as a coat.
