type of M10 bolt

Hi
thanks for your answer saying I needed M10 allen bolts (40-45mm) for blue pil jugs.
Does that mean the flat head as opposed to the socket head type?
Also i have read that the bolt should extend around 2cm out the back of the T-nut; is that right?

Hi Andy, flat is best with these, the countersunk variant don't work as far as I'm aware. 2-2.5cm extension is fine.

Hi Andrew, You'll be needing M10 x 40 or 45mm Allen bolts.
