Excellent Poles!

These poles are fantastic! Took them on a five-day hike in the Swiss Alps. They folded up into a very compact form for air travel. Felt very light when hiking but still very sturdy. Extremely pleased with them. Highly recommended.

Hi Karen,

I would think size S/M would be the best choice for you with a usable length of 100-125cm.
