The Distance 8 from Black Diamond is a men's trail running backpack designed for long, dynamic runs in alpine terrain. This backpack combines the close-fitting, ergonomic carrying system of a trail running vest with an 8-litre backpack and offers sophisticated options for carrying your gear. Thanks to its extremely tear-resistant UHMWPE ripstop fabric, it is suitable for more demanding use.

Movement wonder and transport talent

The two straps are made from breathable stretch fabric that runs all the way up to the back panel, thereby reducing friction. Thanks to their seamless construction, they ensure a secure fit. The shoulder straps feature edge taping technology to increase their comfort and durability, while reducing weight. In addition, two compartments at chest level offer space for a couple of soft flasks (not included). The shoulder straps boast two elasticated pockets on the sides, with an additional zipped pocket in the left strap. Two side pockets offer storage space for folding poles. With the help of the compression straps, these can be tightly secured.
