Hi,how does the arm sleeves stay up?

Does it grip to your skin or do you put it over another garment,thankyou

Hi Ellen,

The neat fit and the nature of the material is almost enough on its own but they also have a strip of silicone inside which stops the sleeve from slipping down the arm.
