Product description
Lightweight and durable mountaineering boots with good traction
Lightweight, comfortable and waterproof: the Croda Dfs GTX from AKU. These boots offer excellent traction, so you’ll be surefooted on varying, rocky and wet terrain. They’re great for snowy and icy surfaces, making them perfect for mountaineering, climbing, trekking and hiking.
Super comfortable, weatherproof and a great performance
The durable mountaineering boots are very resilient, yet flexible. These features can be attributed to the Kevlar uppers with the Spider Frame structure above the fabric and protective rubber rand. Plus, their lining is equipped with a GORE-TEX Performance Comfort membrane, which not only makes them very breathable but also waterproof.
In addition, the technical Custom Fit Pro Allum insole was specially developed for alpine terrain. It’ll adapt to the shape of your foot, support your gait, offer insulation and, in combination with the PU midsole, it’ll absorb shocks and impacts. As for the Vibram Croda Litebase outsole, it’s crampon compatible, abrasion resistant and provides excellent traction. Thanks to the AKU Dual Fit System, you can easily change the fit of the Croda Dfs GTX between running and climbing mode!
The features at a glance:
- Ideal for mountaineering, hill walking, trekking and climbing
- The GORE-TEX Performance Comfort membrane provides excellent moisture protection and breathability properties
- Vibram Croda Litebase sole for maximum traction and precision on difficult terrain
