What are the dimensions and volume of the medium vs the large?

I've got a 50cm Trek 1.2 road bike. The top tube measures 43 cm on the inside? Would the medium frame bag fit?

Hi Merlijn, It will have to be size M which measures :
400 x 60 x 140/170mm
