I had a foot operation 3 months ago after several years of foot pain caused by an inherited condition and I'm now trying to get my feet functioning properly again. I wore my new Xero Ridgeway boots recently and I was able to work in them for 4 hours in comfort. I'm a biodiversity assessor so I often walk where there are no paths and have to stand still on tricky ground, looking through binoculars.
A friend told me she has not been able to go for a walk on rough ground for years because she gets foot pain from conventional boots. So she tried my Ridgeways ... and loved them. I quickly ordered a pair for her from Alpinetrek.
We both like that they are stylish enough for the pub and make us look fit and sporty ... at least from the knees down!
Are they true to size?! I have a quite a few pairs of shoes from Xero and only one pair is my actual size the rest all run small. Thank you

Unfortunately, absolutely precise size advice is not possible in an online shop, so I would choose a size larger than your normal street shoe size.
However, you are welcome to order several sizes to choose from and return any items that don't fit to us.
