Outstanding traction, a breeze to put on

I had a chance to use these in South Tyrol these last days, on 15-20cm fresh snow, old compacted or crusty snow and groomed trails. I'm 2m tall, weigh 108kgs and have size 50 feet so I have the biggest size (L). They are slim and somewhat small and with my size and weight I sink in almost every snowshoe, but even with these I sink less than with boots alone, and once they compact the snow and the big crampons plus plastic wings grip, there's no way to slide. I walked up and down easy to medium trails with total confidence using poles only once. Being big I have a naturally wide stance, so with these being slim I can walk normally, like not even having them on, never stepped on and never tripped. The Boa binding is a breeze, just put boot in, engage, tighten and have fun. Of course being a single-pull system it cannot accomodate odd-shaped or very wide-soled boots (i.e. my size 50 Hokas don't fit), but I can trade that for the true 10 seconds it takes to put these on and take them off.
They perform best on packed snow or groomed trails, but they can handle not-too-high powder nicely.
Price is high, but I was really blown away by these.
