Well designed, low profile, fully loaded features

The Grimnir is a well thought out helmet. After trying backcountry lids from Salomon, Smith, Atomic I settled on the Grimnir because of these great things -

1 - Its a snug fitting, low profile helmet that doesnt make my head look like a giant light bulb or Mochi Mochi.
2 - It's well ventilated and has removable liners and earpads unlike similar offerings from Salomon Prime Mips (Who actually uses the earpads with a backcountry helmet???)
3 - The boa fit system is effective, and works against the occipital skull bone to lock the helmetcomfortably and securely unlike Salomons proprietary dial system which is notchy and slips when tightened.
4 The helmet is a more natural shape rather than the Smith and Oakley offerings which seems to be too round and wide and seemed to be designed for people with perfectly round or heads shaped like a melon!
5 - The chinstrap uses a fidlock and soft chin cover that works under or on the chin

The not so good -
1 Pricey and hard to find in the UK (But thats everything these days),
2 It creaks like the deck of an old ship,
3 Doesn't come with spare pads
4 Sweet Protection no longer ships to UK.
5 Pricey - again
