Prefer these to more expensive brand

My feet are perpetually cold in the winter and these actually manage to keep them warm, without making them sweaty (I can easily wear them at least 2 days in a row). Such a gamechanger!

I also bought a pair of Smartwool Mountaineer walking socks at 2x the cost and with higher wool content, but surprisingly I prefer these. I find them a bit warmer and softer against my skin. It may be that the nylon in the Smartwools makes them wear better with heavy use, but for day to day wear I prefer these.
