Good jacket, but not for running, being too baggy

I have used this jacket several times for trail running or speed hiking in the winter.
It's a pretty good jacket, but not for this type of activities, rather for hiking or day-to-day use.
It's sold as a running jacket, but it's way too wide for this activity, especially at the bottom, where pockets don't belong.
