I use these to commute to work and for the money they are an absolute bargain. These sit well on my frame and secure easily and quickly with the clips. Loads of space and have a laptop sleeve and a pocket for small items inside. Totally waterproof, in the my first week of owning they have survived 2 heavy downpours in Scottish Autumn rain and all gear inside including work laptop etc bone dry. Recommended

Easy to carry lots of shopping on my bike. I tend to leave them attached most of the time and put shopping bags in them, as they're slightly awkward to carry around.

We purchase 4 pairs of Stoic panniers for an England to Switzerland bike tour. They held help really well, but some things we noted:
1. These are not has heavy weight as say the Ortliebs. The fabric is lighter so deserves to be treated as such. We had one pannier come off the rack at over 35km an hour, it make two small holes which were easily repaired. I don't think the holes would have happened with Ortliebs.
2. We had a very minor low speed nose to tail which broke one of the pannier clips. I've looked at all the main brands and I suspect they would have broken too. We need replacements. Are these available?
3. The top slider's locking tab is prone to falling out. We had this happen a couple of times, fortunately we found the first one, but not the second. See image. Can we get replacements?
4. The panniers come with tube adapters, but no instructions to point this out. The adapters are deep inside the inner pocket so we didn't find them until day 22. They make a big difference to how much the pannier moves about. See image. Worth adding instructions for these.
5. One of the panniers has a manufacturing error. The bottom slide bar is riveted on at a different offset to the other panniers (it sits almost a bar width higher.) See image. We would like this replaced.
All this said, they are really good value and we'd purchase them again

Hi Phil,
These will suit pannier racks with 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm tube diameters.
Hi Chris,
Thes panniers have a 20 litre volume. Einzelpack for a single pannier and Dopplepack for a pair.
Are these '22' litre capacity per bag?
Please can you tell me the distance between the rack clamps and the bottom clip. Also, I would like to know the actual height of the rack clips. I want to calculate whether these panniers would fit on an MIK profile rack with a with a Trunk bag on top.
Many thanks
Paul
Hi Paul,
Unfortunately , we're unable to get those measurements for you at this time. Sorry.
I did however, check the MIK website and their list of compatible accessory suppliers. Ortlieb and Vaude are the ones that caught my eye because the Stoic panniers are based on the same / similar design and fitment. Basically, provided your rack has tube diameters of no more than 12mm these panniers will work.

Updating after 2 years still going strong, confirming the panniers are also fully compatible with Ortlieb quick rack light.
