Is this practical for winter tour in Scandinavia?

Hi, we are planning to go to Finland in January - when it's the coldest there - would this coat provide the comfort and insulation I need (obviously wearing baselayers,etc)? :)

Hi Cat, Yes this water repellent parka is filled with an insulation which has a fill weight of 230g / m2.
