27.11.2015The Best Approach and Route Setting Shoe
These are my 5th pair of this shoe.
I use them for crag approaches and for routesetting.
The last a long time and are comfortable. They also have a good solid front edge for easy climbing.
I look forward to some other colours!

08.01.2024The design has changed
This is the 3rd pair of these approach shoes I have bought and I am disappointed with the changes made. The sole is stiff making for a less comfortable walk. The tongue is made of net so definitely won’t shed water. The last pair were not sold as waterproof but I never got wet feet. The shaped insole is replaced with a flat foam piece and a stiff piece above the heel chafes, larger and narrower than the originals.
- Disadvantages
- Too stiff

Hi Jessica,
These are not a waterproof shoe. The sizing is accurate and you will likely find size 3.5 to be slightly too long. The only way however, to know for sure will be to try on.
