This is what other customers say:
The only downside to this jacket in that the logo on the sleeve labelling the material peels off after a year of use
That’s the only downside.
It can compact super easy
And the pit zips are perfectly placed
The pockets are good enough size for everyday commute.

Much as I would love to say I am a seasoned, global trekker, my need was for waterproof, windproof shell for daily hour-long speed-walking in my local woods. This fits the bill nicely with generous under armpit ventilation zips and a full zip at the front giving me the ventilation needed over one or two merino layers beneath. Zipped side pockets are secure (although it takes a while to get used to them being an inch further forward than expected). I don't get on with hoods (instead wearing a waxed, wide-brimmed hat to keep the rain off my glasses). The clip mostly works to help fold the hood to an extent when not in use and tying a knot in the cords helps to tighten it closer against the back of the neck. An adjustable clasp on these cords would have been useful. I sized up because I have long arms but probably didn't need to. No regrets despite the price tag.

I have given up on Gore Tex because I want a jacket that is waterproof in the long term.
This jacket is not very breathable but it deifinitely is waterproof, and wont need regular treatment.
It packs nicely into its pocket so just wear it when it is raining!! Simple. I have worn it hillwalking and snowboarding - it does what it says on the tin

I have this jacket about 9 months. Really tough. Haven't tried it in all day rain yet, but handled everything I've thrown at it. Also very quick to dry. It has large long arms. This means it doesn't come off my wrist when I straighten my arm and I can comfortably wear a puffer jacket thick jumper under it.
Some minor gripes
-Pit vents could be longer
-Slim double zip on vents which can make them difficult to adjust while wearing
-you will need good waterproof pants to go with it as all water will run off jacket and soak your crotch.
Still a 5 star jacket for me.

Haven't used it yet, but it seems the shell is very robust and reliable, although feels a bit sturdy. I especially like the lightness though. I do not have much experience with hardshell jackets, but I can definitely say it is way more hardshell than, e.g. Decathlon MH500 hiking jacket which barely holds water outside although states 20k mm waterproofness. Important moment regarding the size, it was quite a headache for me to choose, but I can say XS fits well 168 cm height and 60 kg weight (lean fit type), even with a tee and a fleece under cause I like snug fit.
