Fixated by elastic and draw string only

The cover is made from strong material.
It attaches to the backpack by an elastic cord around the opening and can be tightened with a drawstring.
There are no dedicated attachment points and it tends to slip over the backpack shoulder straps and hip belt , exposing the edges of the backpack. It doesn't give a lot of confidence sitting on the backpack because of this (used with Talon22).
