Not enough info

It seems like, some of customers of Ortovox goods, including me, were mislead with clearing function of the shovel Light pro. By video, it not any word that to use this function you must have another Alu III pro handle, it only said that Light pro is compatible with that one, but not what, how, etc. The same situation at official Ortovox webpage also. I'm really disapointed with that, and only one reason why I have not sent it back, that it really nice shovel, very light and comfortable, but only as clasic shovel.
Please, be more informative with your customers in future.
