Thanks for the enquiry. I'm of the opinion that this may not work out for you. The sizing information from Mufflon in the link below would indicate that a size XS would be the best fit but I would expect that the jacket would then be much too short.

I would perhaps steer you towards the likes of Ivanhoe of Sweden for a wool jacket that might fit better.
Thank you! Are the Ivanhoe jackets as heavy weight as this one? It's hard to compare like for like as the Ivanhoe doesn't list the wool weight.
The following comes close but it's till not quiet so heavy at 600 g/m²
