Hi Jonathan,
The Stuore Mid is a straight forward leather boot that's leather lined. No waterproof liner and no padding between the inner and outer material with the exception of the collar.
Best to use any good leather wax or grease to look after these boots.
Lundhags are not clear as to whether or not the boot is resoleable but I suspect it is. We, unfortunately, do not have any options available for future resoling but you could ask LSR https://lancashiresportsrepairs.co.uk/ who will know right away.
