The shoes arrived damaged – the sole was completely detached! I sent the shoes back immediately (October 14). The shipment was picked up by Bergfreunde on October 16, but unfortunately, I still have no information about how Bergfreunde will proceed. I don't have the shoes, and I don't have my money back. I have written three times and never received a reply, only an automatic response saying that they will look into the matter. I am very disappointed with this approach!
