I have barely taken these shoes off since purchasing them. I've used them for all sorts of things - trail running, wading through mud, walking to rehearsals in the snow, and so on. Excellent grip, wonderfully comfortable. I struggle to find shoes that fit, and these are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn (except the La Sportive aequilibrium boots!).

I bought them to use for trail running, but the foot is not tighten well in this shoe. It moves and therefore stability is not felt at all. They are not even waterproof

Very happy with these shoes. I wear them on many occasions, for hikes as well as for day-by-day activities. I love winter trailrunning shoes for their comfort and foot support - and the great looks. In comparison with the Scarpa Ribelle Run Kalibra G the La Sportiva Cyklon Cross GTX are lighter, more water-repellent and super easy to slip into and fasten, however the shoes isolate less from the cold and from the texture of the ground, and support the ankles less.
