Reviews overview
This is what other customers say:
Initially, I felt uncertain about my experience and wondered if there was an issue with my feet. I noticed that my right ankle had better support than my left, which felt similar to having uneven tire pressure on one side of a car. Upon closer inspection, I found some differences between the two boots. While this may seem minor, it's important to address these inconsistencies, especially after investing a significant amount of money in a reputable brand.
Hi Daryl,
I think it best to put it another way. These are a crampon compatible boot and suitable for crampons with either a strap-on or semi-automatic binding.
The semi-automatic bindings will have the best fit and will be easiest to use.
Not the best insulated of boots but perfect for summer alpine use
Supportive trekking shoes with excellent grip - not so much abrasion resistant since synthetic material is prone to (minor) damage by rocks at the sides that may affect water resistance in the future.
Overall, comfortable and reassuring shoes to traverse difficult terrain.
