I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the premature wear of my La Sportiva Solution Comp climbing shoes, which I purchased approximately two months ago from [store/website name].
Despite only using these shoes on approximately 20 climbs, I have noticed significant wear and tear on the sole, to the extent that it is almost entirely worn out. This is extremely disappointing, as I specifically chose this model for its reputation for quality and durability. I have always taken proper care of my climbing gear and used these shoes exclusively for climbing.
Given the limited use and the rapid deterioration of the sole, I believe this may be due to a manufacturing defect or subpar material quality. I kindly request a resolution to this issue, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.
I have attached photographs of the shoes showing the extent of the wear for your reference. Additionally, I can provide proof of purchase if required. Please let me know how to proceed.
