Hunter - Adjustable Leash Convenience - Dog leash tested

I've been using this since the first Monday after receiving it. That's the day of the week I volunteer at the local dog shelter to walk dogs and pick up poo in the shelter's play area. The multiple lead lengths is what I like the most. I can use it in long mode for dogs that want to go into the bushes by the side of the road or trail. I use it in short mode for the dogs who pull like they're the lead dog in a dogsled team. The short mode means they can't build up much speed before the lead goes tight and jerks me in their direction. At my weight (65kg) and age (68) it's doesn't take much of a jerk to make me stumble).

At first I was slightly annoyed at how my hand and the lead connected, but I soon became used to it.
