Praise vs. Criticism
I wanted to love these, but...
The Speedgoat has a great grip but would be best on hard trails and gravel because the outer sole's grooves are quite deep and would be a problem in muddy conditions.
Sadly, I'm returning the shoes because of the narrowness of the forefoot. Please note, I do NOT have wide feet, so if you do, these are likely a non-starter for you as well. I would revisit this shoe if Hoka came out with a wide option.

- Breathable
- Stabilizes the foot
- Good grip
- Robust
- Lightweight
- Waterproof
- Disadvantages
- Not comfortable
- Recommended use
