What is the lowest temperature it can be used in?
I bought one of these from the brand's website. There it was called Aden Winter Parka, I'm not sure if it's exactly the same. Can anyone tell me in what temperatures this coat is recommended?

No temperature recommendation is made for this parka but this is not insulated. Wind and waterproof but no insulation and not designed for cold weather.
