Hi Katy,

Not all measurements are available , sorry but XXL is to suit up to approximately a 38 inch waist and 32 inch inseam.

Apologies for the confusion size chart. These fall a little on the big size but I would estimate size M for you in both top and bottom.

Merino190 RootHe. Long Pants - Merino base layer I've been wearing for a few months now and they are really nice to the touch and very light. Despite being worn several times, they do not smell and are washed and dried very quickly.
They are really a bit loose at the bottom (or maybe my feet are too dry), but they are definitely worth the money and I highly recommend them.
