Hi Paul, these boots aren't officially crampon compatible unfortunately. You'd need to be looking at something like the Hanwag Sirius: https://www.alpinetrek.co.uk/hanwag-sirius-ii-gtx-mountaineering-boots/ for a winter boot or the Makra Combi for a lighter boot: https://www.alpinetrek.co.uk/hanwag-makra-combi-gtx-mountaineering-boots/
