This is what other customers say:
I bought these shoes because I needed ankle support. They do offer support and I found them very comfortable when I tried them on at home. As soon as I walked properly outside I noticed how uncomfortable they are around the ankle area. The inner sides really hurt my ankles. I only went for a 10-min walk and I already have a few blisters around my ankles. These are expensive shoes so I expected a bit more comfort. This is disappointing.

I wanted a pair of decent-looking boots (black, streamlined design) for cold, rainy days that aren't too heavy or bulky. I had a pair of Asolos from more than a decade ago that did the job brilliantly and lasted remarkably well - but they don't do them anymore, and there are very few boots that fit that description these days. I though these from Hagflös looked good, but unfortunately they are neither very comfortable or sufficiently warm. They are quite soft, including the sole, which is nice. But they are somewhat narrow at the foot and, worse, they have strange detailing that rubs against the ankles. I have to leave the top laces very loose, which fortunately you can do, but it doesn't help with feeling secure in the boot, nor does it completely eliminate the problem. And they are not warm at all. I wasn't expecting them to deal with sub-zero full-winter temperatures, but they are not great even for a brisk autumn day. Perhaps with a much thicker sock... but the narrowness won't allow it for a normal foot.

First, the boots really have inside a hard metallic detail which rubs really badly against the ankle bone. It really hurts, and it makes impossible using boots on a long distance. I hoped it will dissapear, but I have it for a pretty long time and it only gets worse.
Second, it somehow feels that foot does not breath in the boot, they are too synthetic and not breathable.
