While these don't have some of the features of more expensive brands, they are very comfortable an attractive design. I'm not sure if they're fully waterproof as, happily, I've not been out much in the pouring rain with them. They're certainly water resistant.

Is the advertised waist size minimum, maximum or 'other'!?
As it's a stretchy waist band I'd like to know if the EU 52 (for example) is the size on full stretch or at rest?
