My first adjustable back bag and love it! At last a bag that fits properly. It's comfortable & versatile with compression straps. The hip belt pockets are spacious - enough for phone, wallet etc. Felt fine carrying when full too. You can tell it's well made, good quality material.
Only less good thing for me is the side pockets are tall so not easy to get water bottle in when wearing but did manage.

I also had a look at the newer version (2023) and asides from larger side pockets which was handy, decided the newer version wasn't as good. In particular the ventilated back was worse in the newer version and I found it the rucksack was full, you could feel the back instead of having the gap for airflow. Such as shame as the new LT daysacks have a great frame and can (almost) carry enough for a longer trip without a tent.
