Where do I get a ground screw from if not included please? Will this also support any width line?

It's just for 1. Wish I'd asked this question before buying. Dosen't come with a ground screw either. I checked the official Gibbon site and the price for 1 a frame seems about right. Can't find the ground screw for sale on this site, so not much good on it's own.
