How waterproof is this jacket before waxing. I have various fjallraven g1000 garments and waxing to be honest is a bit hit and miss labourious and doesn’t work so well.

Hi Peter, This will be not at all waterproof but only mildly water repellent. Basically , It will turn a shower and that's it. Waxing will improve things but you're right , it can be hit and miss and labourious.
