My go to trousers for hiking

I must admit that these are my favourite trousers by far - the stretch and manouverability you get along with the exellent cut and protection from the elements is outstanding.

VERY PLEASED

excellent am very happy, have the correct sub pockets within a pocket also, i love these pants waxing is easy as long as you use the correct temperature iron etc then its a quick task i put the iron on the number for wool and silk number two in my case with no steam .. i only wax as instructed upon the heavy reinforced material called G1000 and not on the stretchy material , i followed guidelines by fjalraven video channel online. the wax just disappears and the fabric its upon absorbs it 100 percent no discoloration iron mustn't be too high or too low... i love the security of these in bad weather and mild weather... i shall buy these in various colours..

ive had these a short time but ive also had the lundhags makke pants the same duration and the Lundhags are fraying and bubbling at the part where they have been in contact with the jacket i'm wearing, yet these Fjalraven Keb are fine...

love/hate this trousers

I have mine since 2-3 years now, I was absolutely in love with this one until I started doing long walks on my own - where weight/packability matters... Good details, but a bit bulky under rain trousers - and you either use rain trousers or change the pants once it rains as this one dries very slow... and it is even more heavy when wet... Coming to weight, my 46 weighs 540g + you need a belt as there is no flex/adjustability there, so you end up with 600g. If you are not wearing this all time then it takes a LOT of space in your backpack. Comparing my Lundhags trousers weigh 440g, my North Face weighs 285g... Does not matter how much I like the Keb, I found myself rather taking 2 trousers for the same weigh and leave my Keb behind...
