The worst backpack I have ever had

After the first hike the backpack came apart at the seams,it is unacceptable for mountaineering backpack (I have included some photos). Also I have sent an email to the dealer and told me that he is waiting from ferino for response but that was 2 months ago
I am very disappointed from the quality of the backpack and from the services of ferrino
