I do not recommend this product or brand

I purchased my EXPED sim lite 3.8m sleeping mat 8 years ago, and having slept on it a total of 6 nights when tramping, the heat seal seam failed. Having stored it flat under my bed, and having used it for less than a week (albeit purchased some years ago), EXPED refused to repair it as it was out of warranty.
In contacting EXPED, they suggested I carry 2 sleeping mats, just in case! Not a great product to fail after a handful of times, and the supplier doesn't back it up with a repair service.
