This is what other customers say:
I’m not looking to use on mountains but do have concerns about it’s stability
Have had the tent for about 2 years, great interior space, can sit up in a camp chair
Used on sea kayak trips
Not too difficult to pitch except in windy conditions. Best practiced at home before pitching in the field. Top Tip - peg out the groundsheet first to orient the tent
A weak point is the 3-way joint, I've seen one pole split at that point so I always guy it there plus I have reinforced the poles
The tent could do with a guy loop in the centre of each side to allow protection against collapse under wind pressure
Groundsheet only has eyes for the ends of the poles, really needs loops to allow it be pegged out which I added to mine

Hi Andrew, this tent is designed for use in high wind and should be very stable :-) That being said it's always best practice to try and pitch with a windblock where possible even if just to improve sleep quality! Hope this helps.
I have used this tent well pegged out in gale force gusts of wind and it survived with no problem..!!
