Hi my wife recently bought an exped moraine black ice 30 ) order 37236489 ) from you and the buckle has broken on my first climb using it. I would like to replace the strap - do you supply or do you know where I could order replacement expedited straps?

Replacement straps and buckles are, unfortnately, not available as spares. If the buckle has broken as result of damage , I see no reason why you could not replace the buckle with something like the following:

Replacement nylon webbing can be found easily on the likes of eBay.
If however, the buckle has broken as a result of material failure then that will fall under warranty and if that is the case , please contact our warranty team via the following link:
