A stylish all-rounder: the Tommy Caldwell Eco Dry CT 9.3 mm from Edelrid! The single rope was designed together with the professional climber Tommy Caldwell, so you can be sure that it can take on tough conditions with ease. Thanks to the particularly fine sheath structure, the rope is abrasion-resistant, and it’ll lie comfortably in your hand, not only whilst belaying. One of its most special features includes the sheath’s colour change at the middle mark. The clear centre mark will help you distinguish both ends of the rope from each other.

In addition, when using the climbing rope in an alpine area, it’s bound to come into contact with ice and snow. As a result, the rope is equipped with a core-sheath treatment that prevents the rope from soaking up water and getting heavier. Additionally, the treatment helps keep dirt away from the inside of the rope.

With its 9.3 mm diameter, the Tommy Caldwell Eco Dry CT is rather thin, which decreases the overall weight. And thanks to its special processing, it’ll remain soft and won’t shrink. Most importantly, it can be used with most commercially available belay devices.
