The Xpedition III GTX Synthetic winter walking boots from Ecco combine synthetic materials to create a rugged, breathable upper with a GORE-TEX membrane. This upper is waterproof and insulated to ensure dry, comfortable feet in even the nastiest weather. A foamed-in PU midsole provides you with durable cushioning and a secure fit while hiking. With help of the 2-zone lacing, these boots can easily be adjusted to your own foot shape.

Plus, thanks to the use of RECEPTOR technology, the sole offers plenty of stability and dynamic support to your feet. A durable rubber outsole enhances your grip on slippery terrain. In addition, the boots are made entirely from synthetic or textile materials, meaning they’re perfectly suitable for vegans.

What are they suitable for?

The Xpedition III GTX Synthetic are winter walking boots, so they are ideal for trails with a lot of snow or slippery stones. They are equipped with a rather flexible sole and therefore face their limits on steep, frozen snow. Due to this, they are more suitable for activities in the foothills of the Alps or similar environments.
