Could have been better

I bought this with high expectations, but now I have mixed feelings. The item feels high quality, and it's comfortable. I have tested it at a maximal -5°C, and I felt cold to my toes. I don't know why, since I am not a cold person. I wore Smartwool socks in -10°C and haven't felt cold, but now I do. Darn Tough offers a lifelong guarantee, so let's see about the durability.
