Maybe I'm not smart enough for this hat but it has a semi-transparent silvery rubber-like loop in the middle of the hat on the outside. It's woven in the fabric and can't be simply removed but needs to be cut off. I tried to do it carefully but you still have some leftovers of the rubber loop visible and plus I accidentally damaged the hat itself during this process. I would honestly recommend either a different brand or understand how you'll remove this loop
