Product description
Storms in Patagonia, strong winds in Norway, massive snowfalls in the Himalayans - and amidst all that the Conqueror by Wechsel as a safe refuge. This 3-person tent with 15 crossing points in its pole system is a geodesic tent of the highest quality, and able to withstand heavy snow loads and high wind speeds. Even so, the Conqueror is assembled very easily for a tent of this type. The tent body is hooked to the pole system via clips, and secured with the carabiners at the crossing points. Meanwhile, the outer tent is attached with hook and loop fasteners and secured at the tension points with push buckles.

The outer tent consists of a robust Ripstop Nylon, with a tear resistance rated at 11kg. Should a mishap somehow still result in a hole in the tent material, such a tear will therefore not widen. The material is silicon coated on both sides and rated waterproof up to 2000 mm water column. Guylines and tent stakes are included in the scope of delivery. Flaps on the sides help secure the tent in deep snow and prevent snow from being blown in underneath the tent.

The Conqueror includes two equally sized vestibules, which will keep the backpacks safe from any weather. This extra space also helps in the mornings, so the Trekkers won't get into each others way as they prepare to continue their tour. The vestibule entrance flaps are closed with 2-way zips, and as such can be opened from top to bottom as well - very useful in deep snow. The Conqueror is a tent truly suited for conquering the unknown!
