The Cooking series 27 Ultralight by Trangia consists of a stove that is the perfect size to cook for one or two people. The sets that go with this compact stove only take up minimal space in the backpack, making them perfect for touring when every gram counts. It is also possible to use a larger cooking pot when the upper wins shield holder is folded up. The sets also come in two variations: Ultra-light aluminum and ultra-light hard anodized aluminum. The Trangia 27-1 consists of two 1 liter pots (one with and one without scale), one frying pan (Ø 18 cm), upper and lower wind shields, a Primus gas burner, tongs and a strap. The Trangia 27-1 can also come with a spirit burner instead of a gas burner! The ultra-light version is produced using a new aluminum alloy which is up to 50% stronger than conventional aluminum. This allows for thinner walled and therefore lighter containers. New Trangia models therefore stand out for their lower weight advantage of up to 25% in comparison to its predecessors! Ultra-light hard anodize is an incredibly wear resistant aluminum alloy. Hard anodizing heightens the scratch, wear and corrosion resistance.
