The flysheet and floor have a good hydrostatic head, as well as a PU coating and taped seams that make them very robust and wear-resistant. The geodesic design is free-standing so it can still be moved even when erected. Its 100 cm internal height enables the occupants to sit upright in the tent. Two doors make messing about with your kit child’s play, and you don’t need to clamber over your tent-mate if you want to get up earlier. The aluminium poles are quick and easy to put together. The coloured markings on the inner tent help to keep you right and guarantee that you erect the tent correctly. The inner tent has large mesh openings for optimal ventilation and to prevent condensation. The Strombreak 2 is perfect for camping holidays, but its relatively low weight also makes it suitable for trekking or backpack trips. It can be stored in the stuff sack supplied to save space on trips. The stand-alone design means that the flysheet can be left off on hot days for even better ventilation.
