Product description
Stingray 3P is a mix of tent, tree house and hammock! Very unlike what is normally found on camping sites, this 3-person tent is not placed on the ground but suspended from trees, boulders or other objects using three tension straps. The necessary stability is provided by a multiply reinforced floor and a lightweight aluminum pole system. In addition to that, the tent consists of a weather resistant fly and a tent body made of tightly woven insect mesh. This will keep out even the smallest insects, allowing you to spend your days and nights without nuisance from annoying pests. Granted, crawling animals will hardly be a problem a meter or more from the ground.
The tent is accessible through the front access or through a hatch on the floor. The hatch is made from lightweight mesh material which also allows a pleasant ventilation through the floor, muddy or stony undergrounds no longer being a problem! Last but not least, this 3-person tent can be combined with other tents and footprints by Tentsile and some clever accessories. It is true to say that Tentsiles Stingray 3P is fun all around! ;

Note: To minimize the risk of injuries in the event of an accidental fall, Tentsile recommends not to pitch the tent any higher than 1.4 m. ;"
