So iLL - Free Range Pro - Climbing shoes tested

I am climbing in soills for 5 years more or less. Started with Street LV, added the NEW ZERO and progressed to NEW ZERO PRO when it came out. All three of them are fantastic shoes, I am especially a big fan of the dark matter rubber! I mostly boulder but also use them for rope once in a while. I started to prefer softer shoes quite some time back but felt the need to add a stiffer pair back into the mix to be more versatile and especially for toe and heel hooks and very tiny food holds which can be quite painful at times with a very soft pair as the NEW ZERO (My level: V6/7 & 7b+ on rope). So instead to go back to the Street LV I wanted to try this one instead, caus i did prefer that it is more aggressive. I must, unfortunately, say now, that this is the first one of the soill range, which didn't match my expectation. I have quite a narrow food, which made it always hard to find a shoe which fits perfect, soill always felt like they were made for my food, but this one is very different, very wide and the strap is not great either. Looks great though - lovely colour
