I have used similar cheaper products before that have deflated, and would not survive a week of camping

Hi Laura, Provided it has not been damaged or punctured , the mattress will stay inflated.

Pricey, but looks like worth it

I used it several times, inside the tent as well as straight on the ground. it doesn't inflate very hard, but looks like not so easy to puncture. insulation is also decent, tho, i havent used it in extreme conditions.
