Product description
Keeps you safe on the rocks - the Zodiac by Scarpa! This climbing shoe comes with a high quality Vibram Moraine sole. It is non-slip and features various different studs that will either slow you down or propel you. In between these are self-cleaning grooves. The sole has a flat profile climbing zone in the toe area which makes it possible to stand in relatively small foot holds if necessary. The heel is padded with a PU insert and absorbs impact.
The tongue is made elastic through Sock Fit technology, giving it the feeling and wearing comfort of a sock. The soft suede on the outside looks good, is water repellent and also guarantees an amazing fit. The inner material is made of Cocona with carbon fibers. This first disperses the body moisture at which point it is wicked outwards. Additionally, the Cocona carbon fibers prevent the build up of smells. The Scarpa Zodiac is a well thought out approach shoe that will make your next big ascent a breeze!

Excellent approach shoes

These shoes are very well suited for approach and technical mountain trails. Because of the stiffness of the soles they are less suited for flat Dutch hiking paths.

  • Advantages
    Stabilizes the foot
  • Disadvantages
    Too stiff
